COVID-19 Shipping Update
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers are no longer offering guaranteed delivery times for any class of service. provides delivery estimates for all shipping options based on the information provided to us from the shipping carriers, but please note that these delivery dates are only estimates and your order may experience delays in transit after it is picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Policy strives to get your order processed and to your door as quickly as possible. Most "in stock" items with 1 Business Day Shipping, 2 Business Day Shipping, 3 Business Day Shipping, and Ground Shipping placed prior to 5:00 PM Eastern Time/2:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) ship the same day. All orders with these shipping methods placed after that time will ship the next business day. "Special order" items may require additional processing time.

Most Standard Shipping orders will ship from our facility within 1 business day (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) after the order is placed.

Orders typically enter the shipping process very quickly. Unfortunately, orders that are already in our warehouse shipping process cannot be canceled.

Please note that we may contact you for additional information before processing your order. Orders of $1,000 or more will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card provided and cannot be shipped to any other address. Large first time or international orders may require a wire transfer payment.

Certain items may be eligible to be shipped out the same day if ordered by 5:00 PM ET (when using 1 Business Day, 2 Business Day, 3 Business Day, or Ground Shipping). Orders with these shipping methods placed after 5:00 PM ET will not ship until the next business day.

Shipping options do not include Saturday service. Time guarantees include business days only (Monday - Friday excluding holidays).

Service guarantees do not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to inclement weather or other events.

Battery Shipping
We cannot ship batteries to United States territories, Army/Air Force Post Offices (APO), or Fleet Post Offices (FPO). These territories include Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U. S. Virgin Islands.

Free Shipping
Free shipping items or promotions are offered to the contiguous lower 48 states only. Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, expedited shipping services, or special order items.

International Shipping
We offer International shipping on orders of 40 lbs. or less to most countries. International shipping methods may require that you pay customs and brokerage fees, duties, etc. at the time you receive your package before the package is released to you. FedEx Ground to Canada does not include Clearance Entry Fees, which are paid to Canadian Customs. FedEx International Shipping includes those fees.

Once a package has been shipped Internationally, it is considered property of the customer. If International shipments are refused by the customer or go unclaimed, then the customer is choosing to surrender their shipment to the carrier. These shipments will not be returned to Therefore, we will not issue refunds for refused or abandoned International shipments.
