Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

We ship from our warehouses in the United States and China. Orders ship the same business day or the next business day after they are placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

How long does delivery take?

  • US orders shipped from our US warehouse: about 5–7 business days.
  • US orders shipped from our China warehouse: about 7–10 business days.
  • International orders: usually shipped from our China warehouse, about 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, severe weather or other transportation disruptions.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

We cannot ship batteries to United States territories, Army/Air Force Post Offices (APO) or Fleet Post Offices (FPO). These territories include Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

How will my order be shipped?

Every order ships with tracked shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number.

Tracking may not update right away. The package may not be scanned when it first leaves our warehouse, and it is common for tracking to show "Label Created" or "Awaiting carrier pickup" for 1–3 business days, especially around weekends, holidays and busy periods. This does not mean your package has not shipped.

I ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?

We try to deliver all items together, but items may ship separately, for example from different warehouses. You will receive a shipment notification for each package.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties and taxes, which are paid by the recipient on delivery. If an international shipment is refused or goes unclaimed, it will not be returned to us, and we cannot issue a refund for it.
